Tanner Village
Opened in 2009, Tanner Village offers amenities and accommodations not offered within a traditional dormitory setting. Tanner Village has four residential buildings that contain 17 residential suites. Wi-fi is included.
Each single room includes one twin-size bed frame, a twin extra-long mattress, nightstand, desk and desk chair, and closet with built-in dresser.
Each double room includes two twin-size bed frames with lofting kit, two twin extra-long mattresses, two desks and desk chairs and two closets with built-in dressers.
In addition, for residents’ convenience, laundry facilities are located on-site. This laundry facility is open to students 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Each Apartment-Style Suite Includes:
- Full kitchen with appliances
- Living Room – Dining Area
- Couch, lounge chair, coffee table, and end table
- Study room
- 2 – 2.5 bathrooms

One of the most rewarding experiences for first-year students is the opportunity to be a part of a close-knit residential community.
Gillette College requires first-year students to live on campus unless they meet a criterion of exemption (see form below for exemptions). Students who live on campus have higher GPAs, are more involved on campus, are more likely to complete their degree on time, and are engaged in activities and experiences that help them develop interpersonally. Gillette College offers affordable, furnished, and clean on-campus housing. Students who live on campus will have access to on-site laundry, dining services, campus resources, free parking, and guest permissions. We love being able to support our growing Pronghorn family and look forward to seeing all of the new faces on campus!
