The on-campus housing options at Gillette College are a home away from home to students residing on campus. Our residence halls create a robust living and learning environment and provide a supportive structure within. Students have the opportunity to explore many different possibilities for educational and social growth.

Steps for securing a spot on campus*:

  1. COMPLETE AND SUBMIT Housing Application to live on campus
  2. Pay the housing deposit ($200) to the Business Office at 307-681-6332
  3. Email MMR Immunization records to housing@gillettecollege.org
  4. International Student? Email your phone number with country code to housing@gillettecollege.org 
  5. Check What to Bring/Prohibited Items List: VIEW LIST HERE

*Must be registered for at least 12 credits or more per semester to live on campus

In order to apply for housing at Gillette College you must activate an eRezLife account using your Student ID and @sheridan.edu email address. Issues? Contact the Housing Department HERE

REQUIRED FOR LIVING ON GCCD CAMPUS:

  1. Be registered for at least 12 credits at GCCD
  2. Pay the housing deposit to the business office or online ($200)
  3. Provide MMR vaccination record (email, or drop off in person)
  4. Complete Medical Information Form on eRezlife
  5. Complete Title IX Course (only for new students)

If you choose not to submit an MMR vaccine record, please complete and submit this religious exemption document. Keep in mind that it must be reviewed and certified by a public notary.

FAQs

The cost of living on campus is determined by your choice in Meal Plan and Room Type. These choices, when added together, can range from $3,626.00 to $4,670.00.

This covers you’re your living area and meals for one semester. You will choose a certain amount of meals per week.

There are three different room styles in our residence halls.

  1. Traditional Freshman Resident Hall: Inspiration Hall
    • The student will share a room with one other resident and bathroom space with 3 others.
  2. Apartment Style – Sophmore Suites: Tanner Village
    • Double Room: The student will share a room with 1 other resident and share 2-3 bathrooms with 4-8 people, depending on the size of the apartment. (Apartment Sizes Vary)
  3. Apartment Style – Sophomore Suites: Tanner Village
    • Single Room: The student will have a room to themselves. They will share 2-3 bathrooms with 4-8 people, depending on the size of the apartment. (Apartment Sizes Vary)

Gillette College students that are enrolled in at least 12 credits.

You may request a roommate who is also enrolled in at least 12 credits.

You will receive a confirmation of your application and room assignments from a housing representative.

You need to request a housing cancellation form from a housing representative and turn this in to the housing department.

$200 cancellationn fee

15% cancellation fee, prorated amount of room and meal use, and loss of deposit. For further information, please refer to pages 19 & 20 of the Residential Life Handbook.

There is a $350 cancellation fee, no refund of room and meal fees, and a loss of deposit. Please refer to pages 19 and 20 of the Residential Life Handbook for further information.
