Sr. Payroll Specialist Traci Ritchie, Recognized as Staff Spotlight for November
Gillette College proudly recognizes Traci Ritchie, Senior Payroll Specialist, as the Staff Spotlight for November 2024. Traci has been an invaluable member of the Gillette College team for two years, and her dedication to her role and the college community has made a lasting impact.
Traci was nominated by Samantha Rankin, Accounting Manager, who commended her exceptional work ethic and contributions. “In addition to the diligent management of her day-to-day work as Senior Payroll Specialist, Traci has also been an integral part of implementing Colleague HR/Payroll and Kronos timekeeping,” Sam noted. “These implementations have added a significant layer of time and complexity to her work, which she has managed with grace, determination, and kindness, like she does with everything else she does in her daily work.”
Traci’s expertise in payroll and her dedication to accuracy are evident in her day-to-day responsibilities. However, her involvement in the more significant projects at Gillette College truly sets her apart. The Colleague HR/Payroll system and Kronos timekeeping implementation were substantial undertakings. Traci’s role in making these transitions as smooth as possible speaks to her problem-solving abilities and commitment to the college’s success.
Traci’s grace under pressure, determination, and kindness make her a well-deserving candidate for the Staff Spotlight. Her contributions go beyond just payroll—they extend to the entire campus community, ensuring that the work behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.
