English
The Gillette College English program includes an introduction to literary traditions, creative writing, critical approaches to literature, and core areas of literature including contemporary literature and poetry. It provides students with a comprehensive study of the English language, uses of the language, and the methods by which ideas are communicated. A graduate of the English program is prepared to transfer into a Bachelor’s degree program.
This English program is designed to prepare students for success in a number of career pathways. Our small class sizes and experienced faculty give students the individualized attention they need to succeed. Our students also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on projects and internships.
