Connecting Your Future
Pre-Professional
The Gillette College Pre-Professional program is designed to prepare students for success in a number of healthcare pathways. Our small class sizes and experienced faculty give students the individualized attention they need to succeed. Our students also have the opportunity to participate in hands-on projects and internships. If you are interested in a career in a health-related field, the Gillette College Pre-Professional program is a great option.
Why Choose the Gillette College Pre-Professional Program?
- Experienced faculty: Our faculty have years of experience in both industry and academia. They are passionate about teaching and helping students succeed, ensuring you learn an application-based curriculum to solve real-world problems.
- Small class sizes: Our small class sizes allow for more individualized attention. Students have the opportunity to ask questions and get help from the instructor when they need it.
- Supportive clinical partners: We have healthcare partners throughout the community and state that partner with us to offer a wide variety of hands-on clinical experiences.
- Solid foundation: The Pre-Professional AS Program is the suggested course of study for individuals who would like to pursue a career in healthcare (Physician, Veterinarian, Optometrist, Pharmacist, Physical Therapist, etc.) and would like to prepare themselves with a broad scientific background. This program is designed to provide students with instruction in biological and physical sciences and to prepare students for upper-level courses in the specialty of choice. Professional programs in these areas usually require a Bachelor’s degree prior to entry.
