*The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) program allows students from certain states to attend designated institutions and programs in other participating states at a reduced tuition rate. Under this program, students can enroll at a cost of 150 percent of the resident tuition. The participating states in the Western Undergraduate Exchange include Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Additionally, Nebraska students can benefit from WUE rates through Wyoming community colleges. GCCD will accept students from these states under the WUE designation, with proof of residency requirements remaining the same as those in place for all GCCD students. Students from any participating state may join any program of study at GCCD as long as they meet all other admission requirements.
