Under this program, students can enroll at a cost of 150 percent of the resident tuition. The participating states in the Western Undergraduate Exchange include Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Additionally, Nebraska students can benefit from WUE rates through Wyoming community colleges. GCCD will accept students from these states under the WUE designation, with proof of residency requirements remaining the same as those in place for all GCCD students.
