Welcome to Gillette Community College District. On behalf of our faculty and staff, I am pleased you have arrived at GCCD, one of the eight – and newest – community college districts in the great state of Wyoming. Gillette College has served our community and industry partners since 1969 under the umbrella of the Northern Wyoming Community College District. In 2021, Campbell County voters resoundingly decided our community should control the decisions and destiny of the college supported by our local constituents. As a result of that vote, Gillette Community College District was formed and is now in the process of seeking its own accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission. Be assured that Gillette College’s academic programs are included within the accreditation of the Northern Wyoming Community College District.

This is an exciting time for our college, and we want you to be part of the tradition of excellence Gillette College students, faculty, and staff have created during 50-plus years of service to our community and state.
